Welcome to the Retreat at Eagles Landing!

Dear Resident,
As you may already know from recent weather reports, we are expecting temperatures well below freezing in our area. When temperatures are below 32 degrees for an extended period of time serious damage can occur to plumbing and sprinkler systems.
Your cooperation is imperative to preventing serious property damage.
Please do the following:
1. Open closet doors to keep sprinkler lines warm - these can freeze and bust, causing water to be released at high pressure.
2. Leave sink faucets dripping. As long as water is moving pipes will not freeze.
3. Keep your thermostat set no lower than 65 degrees.
Please take these precautions until Saturday morning, January 17th.
